Job title: Baker / NOC 6332Location: #120-xyz X Melville Street, Vancouver, V6E 4A6Email: xyz X@Number of vacancies: 1Hourly rate: $26.50Status: Permanent Full-time Shift: 40 Hours/Week Main duties: • Ensure daily bakery is made to a high standard in a timely, safe and consistent manner• Measure, weigh and mix flour and other ingredients• Prepare dough for loaves of bread, pastries, and sweet goods• Knead, roll and cut dough into shapes• Operate machinery, such as the oven, mixer, etc. • Bake mixed doughs and batters• Apply and decorate baked goods with icing, Cream, and other toppings• Assist with stock rotation Qualifications & skills: • Completion of secondary school is required• 1-2 years work experience in baking pastries.
