Working within the aftersales team your primary responsibility is to grow the sale of parts and services to trade customers. Prospect for new clients and revive dormant accounts. Achieve sales and activity targets set out by the company by networking, making phone calls and holding face to face meetings. Ensuring they receive the best possible service from the aftersales department. We welcome applications from Parts Sales Executives, parts advisors, parts specialists, parts clerks, parts sales advisors Responsibilities of the Parts Sales Executive role; Answer and respond to incoming customer enquiries received via the website or office phone line as promptly as possible. Identify and generate trade and retail customer leads. Advice trade and retail customers on the company’s products and available parts. Produce accurate quotes for potential customers. Upsell additional products to meet departmental and individual sales targets. Maintain a high level of customer service.
