As a Commercial Property Paralegal, you will act on behalf of a varied client base such as large development companies, banks, pension funds, private investors and retail funds. Your responsibilities will include: Managing a caseload of transactions to include short term leases, licenses to occupy, licenses to assign, deeds of variation/easements and rent reviews. Managing straight forward sales/purchases Carrying out title and occupational lease review exercises Set up and management of data rooms Assistance with completion and post-completion registrations, forms, filing and client signing/reporting requirements. The successful candidate must have at least 12 months’ experience of handling a Commercial Property caseload.
