Job details Location4721 51 Street Whitecourt, ABT7S 0E8 Salary35.00 hourly30 to 40 hours per week Terms of employment Permanent employment Full time Day, Evening, Weekend, Morning Start date Starts as soon as possible Benefits: Extended health & dental after 3 months - 50/50 cost share Long term disability & life insurance after 3 months - 100% employee contributed Profit sharing after 1,000 hours worked in a calendar year Vacancies2 vacancies Employer Sarantha Investments Ltd o/a Canadian Tire Overview Languages English Education No degree, certificate or diploma Experience5 years or more Work setting In shop Staff accommodation available The employer is willing to assist with temporary staff accommodation ifnecessary Responsibilities Tasks Inspect motor in operation, road test motor vehicles and test automotive systems and components Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications Estimate parts and labour costs Advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements Complete reports to record problems and work performed Review work orders and discuss work with supervisor Credentials Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification Additional information Transportation/travel information Valid driver's licence Work conditions and physical capabilities Fast-paced environment Hand-eye co-ordination Own tools/equipment Steel-toed safety boots Personal suitability Accurate Client focus Dependability Flexibility Judgement Reliability Team player Who can apply to this job?
