OWC is searching for a Computer Technician/ Warehouse Associate to help OWC ensure all products efficiently make their way to our customers. This position requires an organized problem solver, who will play a critical role in the success of our Canadian branch and the long-term growth of OWC. The Computer Technician Trainee / Warehouse Associate is a hybrid position where you will work in the warehouse when the order volume warrants, the rest of your time will be spent getting used computers tested and ready for sale. Our Computer Technician Trainee/Warehouse Associate team members are some of the core contributors of our organization, this role will help continue to lay the foundation for a seamless product Lifecyle. You will have the support, tools, and resources to grow your career at OWC in the coming years. Are you ready to help customers solve their hardest challenges through the power of OWC? If so, we’d love to hear from you! What Will You be Doing? Warehouse Pick and pack outgoing orders. Invoice and ship outgoing orders. Unloading incoming shipments, checking in product & matching purchase orders. Assist with detailed quality control and functional testing of machines. Keep detailed record of QC notes and machine specifications. Ensure that the workspace is clean and neat. Help to maintain accurate inventory practices.
