Recruitment Resourcer Response Personnel are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to support the Technical and Engineering division. You will work closely with the team sourcing candidates for a portfolio of small and large client accounts over a multitude of roles. You will be tasked with carrying out in: depth and detailed profiling in order to present suitable candidates to clients along with all associated administration. The working environment is fast paced and challenging, you must be capable of working to deadlines and perform well under pressure. You will be responsible for delivering against our clients staffing needs. Ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in person. If you are passionate about starting a career in recruitment, we would love to hear from you Full training provided Monday to friday Based in Luton Salary negotiable DOE Responsibilities: Develop and manage client and candidate relationships in a competitive environment Delivering an outstanding service to both candidates and clients Using a range of job boards, Linked In, networking and referrals to find top talent Screening candidates suitability against job role Creating talent pool of candidates for future hiring needs Manage the recruitment process from interview to placement and beyond Skills / Experience Previous recruitment resourcing / talent sourcing experience gained either inhouse or from an agency advantageous. Applicants who thrive in target driven and challenging environments.
