Marketing : Sales/Account Manager Pay Rate: GBP20.79 : GBP25.00 Hourly Location: Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, Buckinghamshire and Cambridgeshire A brand new job opportunity has opened up at Ecolabs: Nalco water as a remote sales/account manager. This is a temporary position of 6 months. Working 37.5 hours per week. This role is based in the South East (London, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire) area and will be a full time account manager role. The Role This position will focus on the organizations products/services by building trusted relationships with established customers and developing new prospects and opportunities. Ability to learn and comprehend application of products, customer processes and utilise local and corporate technical support. Demonstrates the ability to work in a safety focused environment. General awareness of business, financials, products/services, and the market. Understands and applies our value proposition. Relies on managers to support planning and managing resources. Main Responsibilities: Achieves annual sales targets by working with the District Manager, Area Manager, and Key Account Managers to establish selling strategy and tactics. Obtains orders and establishes new accounts; plans and organizes daily work; calls on existing customers and prospect sites. Analyzes and understands customer needs, requirements, and strategic plans recommending solutions with Company programs. Keeps management informed through regular activity reports and communications. Focuses on customer retention and improving customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery and the application of the Six Service Standards and customer feedback surveys. Manages the sales order process from order acceptance to delivery in a timely and professional manner. Manages customer contracts by verifying supplied products and contractual service levels.
