Executive Head Chef, Grand Brasserie, Dublin We are looking for an Executive Chef ready to manage the kitchen for the opening of a Grand Brasserie in Dublin. Salary up to €90,000. What will you be doing as the Executive Chef Ensure the kitchen is always managed effectively and safely As a forward-thinking Executive Chef, you manage the day-to-day kitchen operation Ensure quality food preparation and presentation, resulting in an unsurpassed dining experience every time You will be passionate about training and mentoring your brigade, whilst also focussing on planning, cost and stock control, as well as health and hygiene management Your cookery skills and experience will allow you to design and deliver authentic and creative seasonal menus You will be a great Executive Chef if: You have been trained in the Michelin market Have a background in high-end brasserie restaurants Eligible to live and work in Ireland without restriction You can coach your team to achieve the highest standards You have the drive and ambition to succeed and become a great name LEGAL REQUIREMENTS: In line with present EU working requirements, all candidates are required to provide proof of eligibility to work in the EUSpayse's undertaking is as a recruitment agent in this role and is bound by the requirements requested by our client.
