The purpose of this role is to offer guidance, direction and foresight, all the while overseeing the daily functions of the Company's supply chain, manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution activities. The goal is to achieve both immediate and future objectives effectively! Key Duties: Collaborating with the Joint CEOs and the Senior Management team to appraise corporate performance, formulate and execute high-calibre operational policies, strategies, and protocols aimed at enhancing Company efficiency. Ensuring synchronisation of short-term goals across all departments. Supervising day-to-day operations to secure streamlined operations, productivity, and alignment with the Company's overarching mission and strategy. Evaluating and refining both internal and external operational processes, generating and disseminating pertinent reports to apprise Senior Management of the Company's progress. Crafting proficient decisions and spotting potential avenues for improving the Company's operations, fostering business advancement, profit escalation, and risk mitigation. Enforcing conformity to legal frameworks and in-house protocols in all decisions to uphold the Company's ethical standing and legitimacy. Monitoring adherence to relevant laws and regulations, particularly in Health and Safety aspects. Analysing predicaments and occurrences, devising remedies to safeguard Company viability and expansion. Regulating operational expenditures and managing budgets to ensure productivity, effecting cost enhancements as necessary to bolster Company profitability. Collaborating with the HR Department on recruitment and personnel management, strategically attracting and retaining top-tier talent. Mentoring, aiding, and fostering employee growth.
