You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely completion of repair and maintenance projects, coordinating workflow, and managing a team of technicians. Your objective will be to optimize productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction while adhering to safety and industry standards. Key Responsibilities :1. Team Leadership and Management: Supervise and provide leadership to a team of bodyshop technicians, including hiring, training, and performance management. Assign tasks and ensure effective utilization of resources to meet production targets. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional growth, and employee morale. 2. Production Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement production schedules, considering resource availability, project complexity, and customer deadlines. Collaborate with the estimating department to review repair orders and ensure accurate estimates for time and materials required. Monitor and adjust workflow to ensure smooth operations, minimize bottlenecks, and meet production goals. 3. Quality Assurance and Compliance: Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure repairs meet or exceed industry standards.
