Position Overview: We are seeking a Quality Engineer with a strong background in manufacturing and a proven track record in maintaining and improving product quality. The ideal candidate will be a quality professional with exceptional problem: solving skills, a deep understanding of root cause analysis, and a minimum of 3:4 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross: functional teams to establish and implement quality standards and processes across various stages of production. Conduct thorough inspections and testing of products, materials, and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications. Utilise problem: solving techniques and root cause analysis methodologies to identify and resolve quality issues promptly. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and overall customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain quality documentation, including process control plans, work instructions, and quality reports. Participate in the development of new products, ensuring that quality considerations are integrated from design to production. Perform audits and backssments to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with suppliers to monitor and improve incoming materials quality and resolve any supplier: related quality issues. Lead or participate in corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes to address non: conformities and prevent recurrence.
