This is a national defendant practice with 50 years’ experience on the market, specialising in legal insurance across the UK. We are looking for experienced file handlers to join our office, any paralegals with a background in insurance recoveries or road traffic accidents. We are looking for experienced file handlers to join our office, any paralegals with a background in insurance recoveries or road traffic accidents. Excitingly, this is a chance to enter a leading, established firm and gain a salary up to £30,000. The Candidate Ideally, the right candidate would have a background in RTA or Motor Recoveries. You will have a background in file handling and an independent caseload. Ability to work claims to litigation is desirable. The Role You will handle a caseload of RTA Recoveries files, ranging from small to fast-track claims in value. You will liaise with insurer clients and maintain relationships with clients. You will handle litigated files, attend court hearings, and collect evidence from witness statements and reports. The Firm Being a leading law firm, we have an established insurance team and plenty of room for progression.
