General Manager – Premium Restaurant New Opening Location London Salary up to £80,000 plus bonus NEW OPENING FOR SPRING 2024We are looking to speak with experienced General Managers who come high volume premium restaurants who are looking to gear up for an exciting new opening in the New Year The company own two Michelin restaurants in the heart of London, this particular concept will be offering high level food at a more affordable price – a premium concept that will make their offering more widely accessible What’s in it for the General Manager: A competitive base salary of £75k - £80k + bonus Enhanced holiday accrued with length of service up to 33 days per annum Discounted Gym memberships plus tons of discounts and perks Incredible training and growth opportunities The Venue: This is going to be a MASSIVE venue split over 2 floors with around 7,000sq ft. therefore high-volume GM experience within a multifaceted restaurant is essential The cuisine is going to be premium Italian food and you’ll be able to handpick a team of around 70 staff to help you deliver the best possible service The Ideal General Manager: This is going to be a hands-on, people focused role – we are looking for a face of the business Recruit, train and develop the team and set strong service standards. Work closely with marketing to ensure maximum exposure. New store opening is a must for this role and organisation is key A genuine people person with charisma and charm. A proven history working in premium establishments at a senior level. Resilience, strong financial and administrative skills. Entrepreneurial and always looking for new ways to grow the business.
