We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and aspiring Production Lead to support the Head of Manufacturing with the end-to-end manufacturing operation of all greeting cards and gift wrap. You will be an innovative leader who will drive the team to optimise efficiencies within the production environment, ensuring all equipment, materials, processes, and colleagues are set up for success, with an aspiration to progress further within the business.
