The Role They have rewarding job opportunities for Support Workers within dedicated residential and support teams, responsible for providing personalised care to children and young adults with disabilities. The Support Worker role is hugely varied and challenging and no day is the same; from supporting with all aspects of personal care and medical needs to accompanying their children and young people to community activities. You will join an established team of support staff who will offer guidance and advice throughout your employment at the Foundation. They offer first class induction and excellent progression opportunities, ongoing training from qualified professionals to carry out activities to support the children including, eating and drinking, personal care and manual handling.
