Motorbike Technician - £40,000 OTE - Chiswick - Main Dealership - £24,000 to £40,000 OTE - 45 hours per week Monday to Saturday, as per.Motorbike Technician - £40,000 OTE - Chiswick - Main Dealership - £24,000 to £40,000 OTE - 45 hours per week Monday to Saturday, as per rota - Life assurance - Enhanced maternity, paternity & adoption packages - Improved Employee Assistance Programme - Additional annual leave purchase scheme - Tech purchasing benefits - Cycle to work scheme - Staff referral bonuses - Reduced rates on vehicle purchases and maintenance Main responsibilities of a Motorbike Technician: - Our Motorcycle Technicians are responsible for carrying out repairs and services to motorcycles following procedures and ensuring the highest possible standards are maintained. - You will be able to interpret instructions from the job card/repair order, complying with repair instructions and stipulated settings and tolerances from manufacturers' manuals, bulletins, check sheets, etc. - Accurately report and record work done and tests carried out and to immediately report any further works required or vehicle faults - Liaise with other departments such as to ensure everything necessary for the repair is in stock, this will in turn ensure the workshop runs a full capacity always. - At times you will need to advise customers on technical issues or products required. To enable you to be the best you can be we ask you keep up-to-date with the most recent changes in technology, techniques and in the commercial developments. What we need from you: - To be suitable for the role we would need you to have a full A1 motorcycle licence. - You will have a minimum of 2 years experience, working as a qualified motorcycle technician - It would be desirable for you to be NVQ Level 3 qualification.
