We’re looking for a Resourcing Manager to lead our Education Division, it’s a big role covering the whole of the UK and will give the successful candidate huge development opportunities. This perk is non-contractual and will start after 3 months in post but is hugely popular and really helps our colleagues focus on what’s important inside work, and outside. Job Title: Resourcing Manager - Resourcing Education Division Location: Bolton (Hybrid Working – Office Based 2 days a week & WFH)Contract Type: Permanent 37.5 hours per week Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum dependent on experience plus generous benefits About the Role Outcomes First Group is hiring an operational and strategic Resourcing Manager to lead our growing Education Division. Recruitment is at the heart of OFG and we are looking for our recruitment professional to deliver best-in-class service to our managers and candidates. You would continuously improve processes, systems, advertisement methods, and communication avenues to ensure, smooth, efficient, and relatable experiences for both our candidates and hiring managers. You'll be experienced in volume recruitment, stakeholder/client management, and the ability to negotiate and influence. Your confidence in excel will allow you to work with data and pull reports to identify, inform, and continuously improve key trends like time to hire, candidate quality and job board ROI. As the Resourcing Manager for our Education division, you will need to keep up to date with Education policy, and procedures and be mindful of the challenges we may face. You will review.
