Annual salary: up to £29,000.00Plumber Lewes£29,000 per annum Full time - Permanent - 42.5hrs per week Including Company van and fuel card We are now seeking a Plumber to join our team; Delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community. As a Plumber you will be out supporting residents with reactive repairs and maintenance across our portfolio of properties, working from ‘job’ to ‘job’, on your planned route with a wide range of general repairs and maintenance task. You’ll need plenty of previous experience and a positive ‘can do’ attitude to excel in this role, meeting new people and delivering high standards of work and service are key. Are sub office is based in Lewes and you'll be expected to cover the Lewes area. Role Criteria: Qualified City and Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. Previous plumbing experience Ideally previous domestic, social housing experience Extensive “on the job” experience Full driving licence All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
