Mears provide tailored rapid-response and planned maintenance services through partnering arrangements with more than 70 local authorities, Arm’s Length Management Organisations and Housing Associations. About the role As a Fencing labourer, You will be out supporting residents with reactive repairs and maintenance across our portfolio of properties, working from ‘job’ to ‘job’, on your planned route with a wide range of general repairs and maintenance task. Part of a local team undertaking high standard General repairs and refurbishment activities to Housing properties, delivering best in class customer service and satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards. Role Criteria: UK full driving licence is essential Preferably will have previous experience in the role Knowledge and experience in social housing is advantageous Good Communication skills All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
