We provide tailored rapid-response and planned housing maintenance services to meet the needs of over 70 local authorities, Management Organisations and Housing Associations partners. About the Role: As a Multi Skilled Operative you will be out supporting residents with reactive repairs and maintenance across our portfolio of properties, working from ‘job’ to ‘job’, on your planned route with a wide range of general repairs and maintenance task. You’ll need plenty of previous experience and a positive ‘can do’ attitude to excel in this role, meeting new people and delivering high standards of work and service are key. Are sub office is based in Eastbourne and you'll be expected to cover the lewes area. Role Criteria: Core trade Plastering additional trades Carpentry, Plumbing. On the job experience Social housing experience preferable Full UK clean driving licence. All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
