What you will be doing as an Executive chef: Reports to the General Manager Day-to-day management of the kitchen operation. Creating all the menus. Effective management of all food operations. Deliver and surpass the brand standards. Cost control, monitoring performance across all departments. You will be a great fit if you have: Experience as an Executive Chef. A background in Luxury Hotels or fine dining restaurants. Excellent communication skills. Natural flair for networking, self-driven and enthusiastic about success. Team management skills.
