Delivering a range of property services, including reactive repairs, planned and cyclical maintenance services to over 100 local authorities and housing providers nationwide. We are now seeking Plumber to join our team; now in its twelfth year providing a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community. About the Role: Due to a recent retirement we are seeking a Plumber to join our team. As a Plumber with Norwich branch you will be you will be out supporting residents with reactive repairs and maintenance across our portfolio of properties, working from ‘job’ to ‘job’, on your planned route with a wide range of general plumbing repairs and maintenance tasks such as replacing taps and tanks. You’ll need plenty of previous experience and a positive ‘can do’ attitude to excel in this role, meeting new people and delivering high standards of work and service are key. Role Criteria: NVQ Level 3 in plumbing is essential Time served plumbing experience Must hold a Full UK manual Driving License. Be a great team player as well an ability to work on your own initiative. Excellent communication and Customer service skills Hardworking and willing to go the extra mile Unvented Cylinder training would be an advantage All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
