If you are an experienced Screen Printer, looking for part-time work, then this is the role for you Responsibilities include: - Set up and operate hand bench screen printing equipment to produce high-quality prints. - Prepare screens by coating them with emulsion and exposing them to create stencils. - Mix and adjust ink colours to meet specific customer requirements. - Load screens onto the printing press and register them accurately for precise printing. - Print designs onto various materials, including textiles, paper, plastics, and more. - Ensure proper ink coverage, consistent colour application, and overall print quality. - Monitor and maintain the condition of printing equipment, troubleshooting any issues that arise. - Conduct quality checks to verify the accuracy and adherence to customer specifications. - Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of orders. - Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols at all times.
