Sales Incentive & Events Specialist Standalone Conference and Events role 35-hour working week, Hybrid working 12 Month fixed term contract About the role Based in Stratford Upon Avon HQ (1 to 2 days per week) with some occasional evenings/weekend work and overseas travel. A unique opportunity has arisen to join our Sales & Agency Division as a Sales Incentive & Events Specialist. This is a standalone role where you will provide end to end ownership of the design and delivery of the agreed Conference & Events programme, and centrally run Sales Management meetings, as well as support Sales Incentive Schemes. You will be the Business Relationship Manger to relevant third-party event suppliers, being responsible for executing formal tender process and managing supplier performance to ensure that events and conferences run within agreed budgeted and governance frameworks. With exceptional Stakeholder management skills, you will support effective execution of scheduled activity and communication across different areas of the business including working with our Directors, Regional Sales and Head Office teams. Externally you will manage Corporate Hospitality relationships, in terms of contracts, budget, branding and allocation to drive brand awareness and lead generation to deliver consistent ROI. With budget responsibility you will drive continuous improvement through planning, managing and monitoring budgets for all Sales & Agency Division events, large and small. You will collate monthly management reports, managing stakeholders from NFU Mutual and where relevant other subsidiary companies, ensuring that sales management have effective oversight of sales and risk activities. This role is to cover 12 months maternity leave About you You have significant experience of the management and delivery of Conferences, Hospitality or Incentive schemes.
