With a strong commitment to excellence and a focus on providing top: notch maintenance services, we take pride in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients facilities. Position Overview: They are currently seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Technician to join the on: site maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks, including electrical, mechanical, and fabric: based maintenance. Your duties will encompass planned maintenance, reactive responses, and handling breakdowns. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the well: being of our retail site while working alongside a skilled team of maintenance professionals. Key Responsibilities: Conduct electrical, mechanical, and fabric: based maintenance tasks. Execute planned maintenance activities to ensure the ongoing reliability of facilities. Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests and breakdowns. Collaborate with the on: site maintenance team to achieve departmental goals. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. Participate in a rotating on: call schedule (1 in 4) with a standby allowance of GBP100. Working Hours: Flexible working hours between 6:30 AM and 4:00 PM, five days a week. Rotational weekend coverage (alternate weekends). Benefits: Competitive salary 33 days of annual leave Pension plan Overtime opportunities Standby allowance of GBP100 Qualifications: Proven experience in electrical, mechanical, and fabric: based maintenance. Relevant trade qualifications or certifications NVQ or City and guilds in an electrical discipline 18th edition / 17th edition Strong problem: solving skills.
