Our client, a well: known Freight and Logistics company, are currently looking for an FCL Export Operations Clerk to join their growing team based in Esinteraction. As the FCL Export Operations Clerk, you will be managing the export process from start to finish via the in: house system, plan bookings with the carrier, and keeps all clients advised with any delays in pick up/sailing Main duties of the FCL Export Operations Clerk: Issue Bill of Lading Instructions to carriers prior to documentation cut. On receipt of draft B/L send to client for approval Create customs entries when required Access invoice queries on a daily basis via in house system Resolve any queries and forward anything that is on your list in error to correct party Ensure cost estimates are entered on all jobs within the correct accounting month. The successful FCL Export Operations Clerk will have strong knowledge / experience of FCL Exports, as well as previous experience working within the Freight or Logistics industry. We are keen to hear from candidates who have excellent customer service and communication skills as you will be required to keep customers updated and liaise with global offices regarding details needed for bookings.
