This role encompasses responsibilities related to computer hardware, printers, BWV Body-Worn Video, OS deployment, desktop applications, and more. As a Technical EUD Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the technical needs of our business. Key Accountability Areas: 1. Provision of Technical EUD Expertise Provide technical expertise within agreed SLAs. Fulfill service requests related to end-user devices. Ensure accuracy and validation of EUD asset data in line with SACM policy. Utilize data and tools to optimize and enhance device performance. 2. End-to-End Device Lifecycle Management Manage end-to-end device lifecycles in alignment with EUD strategy. Develop and maintain device roadmaps. Evaluate devices for supportability, usability, and cost-effectiveness. 3. Problem Management Engage the problem management process. Utilize trend analysis to identify root causes. Recommend permanent resolutions to reduce service impacting incidents. 4. Documentation and ITIL Quality Ensure service support documentation meets ITIL V3 quality standards. Implement document control processes. Foster effective engagement with Incident, Change, Problem, and Request management areas. 5. Service Improvement and Cost Savings Identify opportunities for service improvement and cost savings. Propose recommendations to appropriate governance bodies. 6...
