Job Advertisement: HR Advisor Business Partnering Overall Purpose of the Role: The primary purpose of this role is to contribute to the provision of a comprehensive HR advisory service aligned with the strategic objectives of the organisation. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the business and all facets of HR service delivery. Key Accountability Areas: 1. HR Advisory Service: Provide HR advisory services in compliance with Force policy and employment legislation, with a specific focus on supporting services offered by the HR Business Partnering Shared Services provision. 2. Project Management: Lead specific projects involving research, analysis, diversity data, and report writing. Collaborate with the relevant HR contacts to implement streamlined services and enhance HR practices and procedures. 3. Staffing Level Monitoring: Monitor staffing levels against establishment, ensuring alignment with the agreed establishment for both officers and staff. Use data analysis tools like 'drill-down' sheets and commission necessary changes using ECRIS. Utilise various methods, including spreadsheets and People Soft, to provide detailed information. Provide management information on a pay period basis for reconciliation purposes. 4. Shared Services Management: Commission and oversee work from Shared Services, ensuring it meets agreed levels and timescales. Act as an authorised signatory where required. Quality assure information stored in People Soft and ensure data compliance with the Data Protection Act, Force Policies, and Procedures. 5. Resourcing Meetings: Prepare for.
