You will be curious to understand what drives performance, what we can do to optimize and be ready to roll your sleeves up to implement your ideas. To succeed in this role, you will also need to be a strong communicator (the local brand team works with lots of other teams from sales to design, from global brand to agencies and more), a problem solver and have an eye for creative.
