About the role: As a Membership Sales Executive, you will: Drive Growth and Support. You'll take the lead in targeted membership acquisition. This involves recruiting new members and upgrading existing ones through outbound tele-sales calls. Advocate Indemnity. You'll play a key role in encouraging both new and existing members to embrace our BDA Indemnity Scheme, showcasing its value proposition. Revenue Maximisation. You'll work to optimise membership and indemnity revenue. Exceeding sales and upgrade targets will be second nature. About you: Strong team player with exceptional flexibility and adaptability. Demonstrates a 'can do' attitude with a history of successful sales and customer service experience. Proven track record in business acquisition and achieving sales targets. Confident telephone manner with outstanding persuasion skills. Skilled in working under tight deadlines without compromising quality. Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. Proficient in both written and verbal communication. Ability to actively contribute and engage in a team-oriented environment. Excellent IT skills and hands-on experience with contact/CRM databases.
