Job Description: Join our team as a Pilates Reformer Instructor! We are seeking a dependable and dynamic individual who brings a consistent personal practice and instructional experience. At ALIGN, you will lead invigorating classes that enhance our clients' breathing, core stability, and overall well-being. Responsibilities: Conduct Pilates Reformer classes for various skill levels. Design your class sequences within our five signature formats. Tailor effective workout routines to meet individual client needs. Integrate meditation techniques to promote relaxation and mindfulness. Curate playlists to enrich the class atmosphere. Offer personalized guidance to help clients refine their techniques. Uphold a tidy and organized studio space. Availability required for 5-10 hours weekly, with potential for increased hours based on performance. Flexible schedule with morning, evening, and weekend slots. Qualifications: Certification in Mat Pilates or Pilates Reformer. At least 1 year of experience in Pilates or a related field such as Yoga or Barre. Knowledge or experience with various meditation and breathing techniques. Interest in music and ability to create class playlists. Excellent communication skills, with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Motivational skills and a passion for encouraging clients in their fitness journeys. CPR and First Aid certified. Knowledge of the human body. An acute attention to detail.
