You will be responsible for prospecting clients and guiding them through the entire home buying process. Responsibilities: • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up, facilitating communication, and adding them to the sales pipeline• Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market • Work closely with buyers to locate and negotiate the successful purchase of a home through the process of ongoing, consistent and clear communication and a high level of customer service• Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process Qualifications: • Associate’s degree preferred but not required to apply• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• Experience with the local real estate market and general trends• An established track record of successful real estate sales • 1+ year of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience Compensation: $70,000 About Company: We are a community of excellent agents who are the most trusted in East Tennessee.
