Responsibilities: • Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline• Review the loan process by monitoring loan status, term conformity, and regulatory guidelines• Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at large • Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters• Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs Qualifications: • Knowledge of state and federal regulations, and company underwriting policies and guidelines • Previous experience with Office Suite and loan originating software such as Experian, Calyx, or LendingWise preferred • Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university required in banking, business, real estate, or a related field• Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making ability• Understand a variety of loans such as: FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit Compensation: $110,000 - $135,000 yearly About Company: Free Enterprise Funding is a Colorado-based mortgage broker headquartered in Colorado Springs.
