Job Overview: We are seeking an Entry Level Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Social Media Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing our company's social media presence. You will be responsible for creating and publishing engaging content, monitoring social media platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and interacting with our online community. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about social media, digital marketing, and has a creative mindset. Responsibilities: Assist in creating, strategizing, and executing social media campaigns across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Develop and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure a consistent brand image and message across all platforms. Monitor and respond to comments, inquiries, and complaints on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. Proactively research and identify relevant trends and topics to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience. Use social media analytics tools to track and analyze key performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates. Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and information to create compelling social media posts. Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Prior experience using social media platforms for personal or professional use. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt the tone and style of content based on the platform and audience. Proficient in using social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule and publish content. Basic understanding of social media analytics and experience analyzing performance metrics. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple social media accounts.
