Responsibilities: • Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping• Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims• Expand our prospective customer base and market our insurance products via including networking, referrals, cold calling, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business• Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies• Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience• Required to effectively and consistently network to identify potential new clients Qualifications: • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products• Prior health insurance or life insurance experience a bonus• Candidates with an active Life & Health insurance license are strongly preferred• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred• Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills Compensation: $65,000 - $95,000 yearly About Company:
