Pulmonary-Critical Care physician employment in New Jersey : HEADLINE: Wayne , New Jersey (northern, very desirable area, about 40 minutes to Manhattan ): Two Pulmonary Medicine/Critical Care physicians are needed to join a busy single-specialty group of three. Sleep Medicine is preferred but not required.Call: 1:4 or 1:5. Mixture of outpatient and inpatient. Admit to a fully accredited community hospital. This is a hospital employed opportunity. $ Very competitive compensation financial package (i.e., salary, production incentive, full benefits, and more.)! LOCATION : Wayne , New Jersey : The office and hospital are both located in Wayne , New Jersey . It is located about forty minutes to Manhattan . This is considered a very desirable area of northern New Jersey . Please see below regarding additional information about New York City . PRACTICE OPPORTUNITY : Located in northern New Jersey , two Board Eligible/Board Certified Pulmonary/Critical Care physicians are needed to join a busy group of three Pulmonary/Critical Care physicians. These two excellent opportunities are due to growth and expansion. Board Eligible/Board Certified in Sleep Medicine is desirable but not a requirement. This is a hospital employed opportunity. There will be a mixture of both outpatient and inpatient duties. The call schedule will be every 1:4 or 1:5 nights. The new pulmonologist(s) will be part of a call coverage group. Work schedule: It will be a full time position, from Monday through Friday, and 40-plus hours per week. There is no running around. The office and hospital are only five minutes from each other. They admit to a top-notch fully accredited community hospital representing 60 medical specialties. It has a service area extending to 33 communities. Availability: Pulmonology/Critical Care fellows who will be completing their fellowship training during June of 2023 as well as Pulmonary/CC physicians who are already in practice are all welcome to apply and will all be strongly considered. FINANCIAL COMPENSATION PACKAGE: As previously mentioned, this is a hospital-employed opportunity. They are offering a very competitive starting salary. It ranges from $ 275,000 to $350,000 salary. They are also providing a productivity incentive/bonus. They are also offering a generous and comprehensive fringe benefits package.
