The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advising clients on state and federal regulatory processes, with a focus on Clean Air Act experience or demonstrated interest in air quality matters.Duties:Assist companies in all aspects of state and federal regulatory processes, including:Rule and guidance developmentPermittingImplementation of compliance programsSelf-evaluation of complianceEnforcementLitigationProvide counsel to clients on a wide range of environmental regulatory matters.Conduct legal research and draft legal documents with precision and clarity.Contribute to a collaborative work environment by actively participating in team discussions and initiatives.Requirements:3-5 years of post-JD experience in environmental regulatory matters.Strong legal research and legal writing skills.Strong academic credentials, including a Juris Doctor degree.Must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in Colorado or willing to complete the process to waive into the Colorado Bar.Demonstrated experience or interest in Clean Air Act matters is strongly preferred.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Colorado Bar or willingness to complete the process to waive into the Colorado Bar.Skills:Comprehensive understanding of state and federal environmental regulations.Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in legal research tools and databases.Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
