Job Description OPENING 2019New Behavioral Health Hospital in Boise, IdahoHaven Behavioral Healthcare is proud to announce the opening of a brand new72-bed facility located at 2131 S. Bonito Way. This facility will greatly improve accessto inpatient behavioral healthcare in the Treasure Valley and surrounding communities.FACILITY CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICERAnticipated start date - September 2018 POSITION SUMMARY :Managing overall cost containment for the entire facility; developing,disseminating and auditing department and facility budgets; providing oversightfor contracts, vendors and related costs; providing oversight and analytics toassist in managing FTEs and EPOB as an oversight function for the facility; andproviding the CEO and corporate finance team with all cost related reports andexpert guidance in operational cost management. Managing the plantoperations team including dietary and housekeeping services. Plans, organizesand supervises the Business Office/Resident Accounting functions in thefacility. The CFO is responsible to keepAccounts Receivable accounts in proper order, by ensuring company policy andprocedures are followed in the reporting of Accounts Receivable and theirReserves. The CFO is responsible forproper collection techniques to meet goals, verification of benefits forpotential residents and serves on applicable committees as assigned by theChief Executive Officer. EDUCATION :Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration. Certified Public Accountant licensure isrequired. Master's degreedesirable. EXPERIENCE :Must have five (5) years experience in addition to degree: three (3) years related progressiveexperience in administration/supervision in the health care field including administrativeresponsibility directly related to the operation of an inpatient facility. Must also have two (2) additional yearsdirectly related experience as a senior auditor, financial analyst or senioraccountant in Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting or Forecasting.
