Currently renting out one bedroom of a 2-BR, 1.5 bath suite in North Burnaby Free Rental, You only pay the Utilities of $100 per month Description of Unit: -850SF, basement suite of a home in North Burnaby, 3mins from Brentwood Mall Close to BCIT, Simon Fraser University, -Includes shared kitchen, 1.5 bath, washer, dryer and parking available Rental situation is conditional on the basis of fulfilling the job description below.
