Work you'll do You will lead a global service team providing an infrastructure monitoring toolset along with operational, performance, and business insights to internal customers. Lead, mentor, and develop team members to excel in their areas of expertise and career goals Operational stability of the infrastructure monitoring and performance data analytics technology offered through the Unified Performance Management & Analytics Service Assist in the development of the service roadmap within the strategic objectives of the organization Develop partnerships with vendors and assist in contract negotiations Maintain relationships.
