Here are some key accountabilities of the role: As part of the HR development team you will lead a team of managers that through effective consulting, partnership and needs analysis, identifies learning solutions that enable effective delivery of comprehensive learning and development initiatives within the organization Partners with team to collaborate with key stakeholders to identify learning needs and business objectives that translate into efficient and scalable technology-enabled learnings solutions Oversee the selection, implementation and maintained of learning management systems (LMS), e-learning platforms and virtual classrooms. Ensure that learning solutions are user-friendly, accessible and aligned with best practices and adult learning principles Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative uses of technology to enhance the learning experience Develop and manage project plans, budgets and resources for the design and deployment of learning.
