Here are some key accountabilities of the role: As part of the HR development team you will lead a team of managers responsible for the design and delivery of comprehensive learning and development initiatives that meet the needs of various functions and level within the organization Responsible for leading the teams that manage the efficient facilitation and delivery of global and local programs through a mix of virtual, classroom and on the job training components Oversee the teams that manage production of learning assets; factoring in standards and expertise in adult learning principles and practices Collaborate across L&D teams and with key business partners to identify training needs, learning objectives and performance outcomes Ensure training content is engaging and interactive including e-learning modules, videos, instructor-led materials, job aid and other resources (relevant to business needs – connect to business strategy) Develop and manage project timelines, budgets and resources to ensure successful.
