If a problem arises from the backssment, they devise solutions and implement these solutions. This employers work-life balance and ensures social workers have the right resources. About you The ideal candidate will have post-qualifying experience in child protection, children in need, safeguarding, looked after children or referral and backssment. A degree in Social Work Degree/Dip SW/CQSW. You will also need to be Social Work England Registered.
