Shifts are typically 8-10 hours long.The Role: Forklift Drivers/Receivers assist loading and receiving product, stocking items by hand or with material handling equipment, prepare and complete receiving paperwork and assist with inventory control. Must have sensory capabilities to avoid accidents as warehouse environment involves fast moving forklifts and power jack equipment.Be part of a team of people that work together in an environment that is friendly, yet productive.Receive, break-down and store product in a refrigerated warehouseMaintain the warehouse and your equipment to ensure it is in a clean and orderly conditionExcellent time management and teamwork skillsReliability; consistently at work and on timeStrong attention to detail and accuracyObserves and follows proper safety procedures; willingness to report potentially unsafe conditionsOther duties as assignedQualificationsHere are a few things to be ready for (and don't forget we will train and certify you):Receive, break-down and store product in a refrigerated warehouseOperate equipment - standing forklift & riding pallet jack which we take the time to be sure everyone is safe to operateFollow food safety quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulationsAbility to work in a refrigerated environment, 35-56 degreesAbility to lift up to 50lbs frequentlyAbility to work without direct supervision and to prioritize activities--Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment----Hear from Charlie's employeesSupplemental InformationThis employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the Social Security Administration and if necessary, the Department of Homeland Security with information from each new employee's Form I-9 to confirm work authorization.We do not provide H1-B sponsorships at this time.Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
