Responsibilities: • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home• Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market• Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers• Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale• Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options Qualifications: • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• Show a track record of real estate success• Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends• Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Licensed in Real Estate Compensation: $112,000+ commission About Company: The Strata Group is a forward-thinking real estate team motivated by results and inspired by its people.
