Due to continued expansion they are looking for an additional Account Coordinator / Customer Service / Account Administrator candidate to join the team. Role and Responsibilities: Process customer purchase orders from order stage, through to invoicing using our Sage software package. Check all accounts matters relating to a project, including account status, billing, and payments. Sage housekeeping : Maintain promised dates, up to date credit information and customer account status. Create pro: forma invoices and credit notes through Sage. Liaise between other internal teams within the business. Liaise with customers daily to ensure their expectations are fully met and our products are delivered on time. Assist the Supply Manager and other Managers with administrative duties. Order processing / payment processing Client comms : creation of orders R unning 30/40 projects at a time Im looking to speak with candidates who have previous experience in Customer service roles (not retail) or Account Admin/ Coordinator roles previously.
