Head Chef Salary: 70,000 - 80,000Location: Denver, COOur client is seeking a talented head chef to join its culinary team and bring creative, high-quality dishes to life. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Asian cuisine and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities: Oversee day to day kitchen operations Recruit, hire, train and manage kitchen staff Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure conformance to established standards Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that kitchen staff follows standards and regulations Manage all food and supplies purchasing and maintain targeted cost controls Ideal Head Chef:2-3 years in a similar role Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and mentor kitchen staff Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety in the kitchen If you’re interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to Ashley today COREcruitment are experts in recruiting for the service sector.
