Job Discription/Responsibilities:? Design and develop innovative mechanical and inflatable products and systems.? Provide ongoing customer training and technical support.? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement customer solutions.? Work with urgency to address and prevent potential issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.Qualifications:? Inquisitive and creative mindset.? Customer-oriented approach.? Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.? 5+ years of experience in solid and non-linear FEA.? Proficiency in SolidWorks, Mastercam, Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerBI).? Experience with Abaqus, Design Table, PDA, Ansys, FMEA, etc.Manufacturing Capabilities:? CNC metal machining.? 3D printing.? CNC fabric cutting.? Industrial sewing.? Assembly.? RF & heat welding.? Metal welding.? Vulcanizing.? Some molding.Benefits:? 401(k) with matching.?
