Responsibilities: Accelerate the development of contracts, amendments, and SOWs Draft, revise and edit contractual documents Monitor contract renewals and other key contract milestones Resolve contract compliance issues Identify issues and coordinate resolutions with transactions internal negotiation team Understand business requirements, legal provisions, and Corporate Policies Review and interpret Sourcing and Corporate Policy requirements Take responsibility for consultation on and escalation of contractual terms and conditions to Senior Management, including provision of current and potential legal and business issues and/or risks Compensation: The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements). Benefits and Ancillaries: Medical, dental, vision, PTO benefits and ancillaries may be available for eligible Aditi Consulting employees and vary based on the plan options selected by the employee.
