The ideal candidate should work well with autonomy and possess a Juris Doctorate with admission to the Kentucky Bar.Duties:Handle a caseload from inception through resolution, including investigation, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trials, and appeals.Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and court personnel.Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings.Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client matters.Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various legal matters.Requirements:Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Kentucky Bar.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and with autonomy.Friendly demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.Willingness to litigate and advocate on behalf of clients.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in legal work.Education:Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Kentucky Bar.Skills:Legal research and writing.Litigation experience.Case management and organization.Client communication and relationship-building.Ability to work independently and with autonomy.Strong interpersonal skills.
